Wonderful kind man. Does a great job
I woke up at 3am today and noticed that the air coming from my vents was not as cool as it usually was, then went back to sleep. Later, when I woke up and got out of bed I checked my thermostat. It read 81 degrees, I keep my house between 76 & 78. I called my absolutely, amazing & wonderful AC repair person, Micheal, with Micheal’s Comfort Conditioning. He arrived (on a Sunday) within a couple of hours of me contacting him, changed the capacitor, Checked the Freon and was on his way. I am so grateful to have an HVAC company I can trust to do the work needed to get my HVAC working again, charge me a fair price and not try to sell me more work or equipment than I actually need. I highly recommend them

I just wanted to say Michael thank you! thank you! thank you! for coming to my home in Mesquite on Christmas Eve 2022 I had a upstairs heating unit that was not blowing out hot air at all and it was super cold! that day and Michael diagnosed the problem and repair it (igniter sensor) I have called other companies before I called Michael and they were trying to sell me a new units. Michael thanks again for being so honest and humble I will be calling you again when I need help. May God continue to bless you and your company.

I had to call later in day (early afternoon) due to loss of heat in household and LM on VM. Joe responded within 30” with call and came within 1.5 hrs to service. He was very professional & efficient. Fixed the problem with the thermostat & wiring betweeen it and the electric AC and gas heater. To do this he had to change position of thermostat and made its placement and function even easier than before. This is excellent for my 92 yo mother (whose house it actually is and I live with her), so it is a 62 yr old house. And it can be difficult for younger professionals to understand with the fire block in the wall, etc. Joe was great! And, the cost was so incredibly reasonable for the time he spent here. Would recommend them at any time for any needs. Superb service all around!!!!!

I got Michael’s information from Nextdoor after my original AC guy became unresponsive. I have to say Michael is great and will be my AC guy from now on. He has on several occasions got my unit fixed up quickly. This past weekend my AC stopped working and he came over on a Saturday and had it resolved within a short amount of time Very personable, responsive and trustworthy.
