I don’t know if anybody ever calls and just says thank you when their new unit is working perfectly. It is so quiet, I don’t even hear transition changes from air to heat automatic, the thermostat is wonderful and you all are great. I would like to say how appreciative I am of Phillip Saragusa with Michael’s Comfort Conditioning. My heater had an elusive & pesky problem. Phillip was very responsive by text & worked to solve the intermittent problem. It is so nice to work with people who are honest & ethical, I would give them 6 stars if I could!
