We called Michael’s Comfort on a Sunday morning after our AC went out the previous night. They responded and came out within 2 hours. Joe was our technician. He came out and diagnosed our problem, but he was unable to repair it because he had concerns about our wiring and advised us to contact an electrician. He did not charge us a service fee, nor would he accept a tip. We had an electrician come out and repair our electrical problems. We called Joe after the repairs were completed, expecting to be told we would have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Much to my surprise, he came back out within the hour. He repaired what he thought would correct our problem, but it turned out to be more than what he thought it was. He took the time to explain everything to my husband, and answered all of our questions. We decided to have our unit replaced. He came back out the next morning with a crew, and had our AC up and running. He even installed a new thermostat and a disconnect for our unit. My unit was close to 20 years old so I was not surprised it had to be replaced. I was surprised at how polite and professional Joe and his crew were. The fact that they were efficient and reasonably priced was a plus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their AC serviced, maintained or replaced

I wanted to recommend Michael’s Comfort Conditioning for any of your AC needs. Getting a 2nd opinion from him actually saved me $2600 today. What a blessing. The first company I called lied to me about several things and tried to sell me an entire new unit that I didn’t need. He is a Garland neighbor, and he was honest, prompt, professional, personable, and even kind to my curious and yappy dogs. I will use him for all of my air conditioning or heating needs from now on. I was very impressed. It’s rare nowadays to get this kind of honesty and customer service, he’s a keeper!
I would like to say how appreciative I am of Phillip Saragusa with Michael’s Comfort Conditioning. My heater had an elusive & pesky problem. Phillip was very responsive by text & worked to solve the intermittent problem. It is so nice to work with people who are honest & ethical, I would give them 6 stars if I could!
I woke up at 3am today and noticed that the air coming from my vents was not as cool as it usually was, then went back to sleep. Later, when I woke up and got out of bed I checked my thermostat. It read 81 degrees, I keep my house between 76 & 78. I called my absolutely, amazing & wonderful AC repair person, Micheal, with Micheal’s Comfort Conditioning. He arrived (on a Sunday) within a couple of hours of me contacting him, changed the capacitor, Checked the Freon and was on his way. I am so grateful to have an HVAC company I can trust to do the work needed to get my HVAC working again, charge me a fair price and not try to sell me more work or equipment than I actually need. I highly recommend them

Michael is the best. He lives 2 houses down from me. A great friend. He came over to my house last week while I was gone on vacation to fix a problem. My house sitter called him and he came down after hours to fix it.
