I had to call later in day (early afternoon) due to loss of heat in household and LM on VM. Joe responded within 30” with call and came within 1.5 hrs to service. He was very professional & efficient. Fixed the problem with the thermostat & wiring betweeen it and the electric AC and gas heater. To do this he had to change position of thermostat and made its placement and function even easier than before. This is excellent for my 92 yo mother (whose house it actually is and I live with her), so it is a 62 yr old house. And it can be difficult for younger professionals to understand with the fire block in the wall, etc. Joe was great! And, the cost was so incredibly reasonable for the time he spent here. Would recommend them at any time for any needs. Superb service all around!!!!!

I wanted to express my gratitude to your family and your business. You all have been so incredibly helpful to me at just one call! Today, my AC went out at around 4:00 and Joe came out to fix it. I know that was “pushing the clock” a little for a workday, but I can’t thank you enough. You guys have always been exemplary to my family and I want you to know grateful I am for that. We called Michael’s Comfort on a Sunday morning after our AC went out the previous night. They responded and came out within 2 hours. Joe was our technician. He came out and diagnosed our problem, but he was unable to repair it because he had concerns about our wiring and advised us to contact an electrician. He did not charge us a service fee, nor would he accept a tip. We had an electrician come out and repair our electrical problems. We called Joe after the repairs were completed, expecting to be told we would have to schedule an appointment for the next day. Much to my surprise, he came back out within the hour. He repaired what he thought would correct our problem, but it turned out to be more than what he thought it was. He took the time to explain everything to my husband, and answered all of our questions. We decided to have our unit replaced. He came back out the next morning with a crew, and had our AC up and running. He even installed a new thermostat and a disconnect for our unit. My unit was close to 20 years old so I was not surprised it had to be replaced. I was surprised at how polite and professional Joe and his crew were. The fact that they were efficient and reasonably priced was a plus. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their AC serviced, maintained or replaced
