The first company I called lied to me about several things and tried to sell me an entire new unit that I didn’t need. He is a Garland neighbor, and he was honest, prompt, professional, personable, and even kind to my curious and yappy dogs. I will use him for all of my air conditioning or heating needs from now on. I was very impressed. It’s rare nowadays to get this kind of honesty and customer service, he’s a keeper!
