The first company I called lied to me about several things and tried to sell me an entire new unit that I didn’t need. He is a Garland neighbor, and he was honest, prompt, professional, personable, and even kind to my curious and yappy dogs. I will use him for all of my air conditioning or heating needs from now on. I just wanted to say Michael thank you! thank you! thank you! for coming to my home in Mesquite on Christmas Eve 2022 I had a upstairs heating unit that was not blowing out hot air at all and it was super cold! that day and Michael diagnosed the problem and repair it (igniter sensor) I have called other companies before I called Michael and they were trying to sell me a new units. I got Michael’s information from Nextdoor after my original AC guy became unresponsive. I have to say Michael is great and will be my AC guy from now on. He has on several occasions got my unit fixed up quickly.
